A Very Dynamo Birthday

 

DAVOS - As if another great season from the HC Davos Dynamo wasn't enough to celebrate, the team recently gathered to celebrate a trio of birthdays within the organization. Right wing and captain Thomas Landry, defenseman Matt Bentley and General Manager Victor Alfredsson all celebrated birthdays this week, but perhaps their greatest gift of all was the celebration thrown for them by their teammates and friends in the organization.

 

"Any time that Naomi Young jumps out of a cake and cross checks Damon Tyrael in the face, you're gonna have a good time," said Bentley, unable to hide a smile as he recalled the incident.

 

 

It is unknown how Tyrael was convinced to attend, but rumor has it that he was either propositioned for sexual intercourse by Young herself or that a cure for douchebaggery had been invented, but mailed to the wrong address.

 

"I pulled a few strings," chuckled Alfredsson. "Let's leave it at that."

 

Good players, good humor and good cheer are abound in Davos this season. With a young core of players, dedicated leadership and rabid, voodoo practitioning fans, the Dynamo figure to be a menace to the VHL for seasons to come.
