InstantRockstar 1,243
The San Diego Marlins were non-existent at the draft, in fact, the only thing they did was trade picks to move into a stronger S68 draft position, and this left the team very...very bare. A lot of people wrote them off this season, a lot of people had them basically down and out, but their GM was not satisfied with this answer. And while the team may not have a bunch of 200 TPE players on it...they did pick up a lot of solid new additions to the roster, and now we're going to show them off to the world. FORWARDS RW - Ryan Busser LW - Jason Connors LW - Diamond Duster C - Tomas Hasek A pretty impressive group if you ask me. Three out of the four of them have been around for a few days now, if not about a week, and have shown why they are just so damn good and only going to get better. Their TPE production is starting to flourish, Duster is brand new to the team so obviously we expect to give him some time, but with a great crop of forwards blooming around him, it's only a matter of time before he gets in on the action. DEFENDERS D - Alyksander Hunter D - Gert B Forbe D - Ryan Chism Another good crop of players picked up here. Chism is a returning player, there was really never a concern with picking him up but the surprises always come from the new rookies to the league, who have really begun impressing management staff in San Diego. With all three of these fine young players shaping up to be stars, there is no telling what their potential is and what they can do, we're just happy we get to watch them grow. GOALIES G - Bruce Grimaldi San Diego's most recent acquisition is a goalie, their biggest 'hole' to fix as of now, and it looks like for right now, they've filled that hole and hopefully found their goalie for the future. He's been super chatty in the LR, he's been very active and happy to be on the team, this is all good signs when it comes to a new player, and again we're very excited to see where things go Psyduck77, Jayrad28 and MexicanCow123 3 Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/65715-meeting-the-new-marlins/ Share on other sites
