At the end of every season, the graders or B.O.G choose 3-5 media spots/graphics that they enjoyed and at the end, they will vote among themselves and the winner gets TPE. I think these could up the ante on the content/aesthetics of media spot/graphics, having writers and graphic makers think outside the box in order to catch the graders' attention. What do you think? This might be able to encourage writers to work harder on their MS/Graphics, I'm pretty sure some of the guys spend extra time to code their article, find the best picture and make it look as neat & professional as possible so they do deserve some extra credits.
