Little is known of the enigmatic new AGM of the Prague Phantoms. Rumor has it he stepped off of a train in Prague that had arrived from the East, shook hands with @diamond_ace, entered a nondescript black car, and showed up at the arena the following day carrying nothing but a black leather ledger and the clothes on his back. Attempts to track down any history of Managemnt or Hockey history have come up short, with the only reference to any sort of attachment to the sport coming as mutterings behind closed doors of, "this is just like Sverdlovsk all over again". He did not attend the S68 VHL entry draft, and has not been in attendance at any player interviews. 

 

From his small office in Prague, it seems Aleksi has taken more of the role of consultant than scout, preferring to organize and analyze data as it crosses his desk, and has been seen more than once walking across the hall to Diamond's door, slipping a single piece of paper underneath, and returning to his own den without so much as a word. It seems this old rhino's Siberian disposition is focused on one thing and one thing only - bringing together the best team with the pieces available in order to build a contender, even if that means bulldozing the competition. You can be sure that if you're a young star in the VHL and don't quite fit your team's mould, Sytsevich will have an eye on you.
