Sophomore centre Podrick Cast was coming off a very impressive showing in his rookie season with the Riga Reign. His 49 goals and 97 points solidified himself as a future VHL star, yet no one could have expected what would follow. A thirty-five season old record for most goals in a single season, set by Hall-of-Famer Tukka Reikkinen, was broken the very next season by the British superstar. He led the league with a staggering 174 points as well, en route to a fourth pace finish in the regular season.

In the last game of the Reign's regular season, Cast had already tied the record. He was to make sure that the opposition, the Titans, were not to stop him from passing it. He did so in dramatic fashion, scoring in the third period of the game. The match was a one-sided battle, with Riga winning by eight goals, and Cast picking up an impressive 4 points on the night.

Podrick Cast's record still holds up to this day, with no one legitimately challenging it since then. He has played the past two seasons with Moscow, just missing the playoffs this season.

Ah my bad, I’ll fix that.

No worries haha. Technically still a chance, but only mathematically

Hey, mathematically still counts. I mean if Davos gets a single point in their last 4 games, or Moscow loses a single game, then Moscow is out but there is technically still a chance haha

Actually,  nobody answered me earlier in discord, is ROW the first tiebreaker?

Because if so I think we are officially out even if we sweep and they choke, because they are 6 ahead on ROW with only 4 games left

I’m not sure off the top of my head what the tiebreakers are but if you guys were out the index would list you as eliminated and it doesn’t so you must have the tiebreaker. If I recall the tiebreaker is wins and then GF.
