Ian smiling from ear to ear is seemed to be very excited and proud to go 23rd. In a private interview right after Ian was picked he said “I was shocked and happy to do so early in the draft he thought he was going in the 4th or 5th round.” Hulk looks to have a lot of faith in this kid is a understatement all we can hope for is that he made the right pick Ottawa fans.
