This season is my first season as the assistant general manager in the VHLM. Since we are almost at the halfway point in the season, I'd like to recap how my team, the Mexico City Kings, are doing. Overall we are 2nd place and doing great. This is thanks to a solid  forward group with a massive blue line.

Our blue line has mostly been held by Omdahl @zepheter, Lagesson @fever95, and Armstrong @dylanjj37 who have 54, 45, and 20 points respectively. They also have a combined total of 151 shots blocked. Then we filled out our blue line with the upcoming VHL start Erik Summers @Erik Summers who's topped our team in shot blocks with 67. This blue line has allowed our forwards to shine this season.

Our biggest forward initially was Shush Nyko @SDCore, who was also a King last season. He's currently sitting at 45 points and leading the team with 25 goals. We also picked up some great talent off of waivers. Lewis Dawson @monkeywrench15 joined us mid season as a waiver signing and he's currently 16 points and a 10 +/-. Our biggest forward for us right now was picked up during a trade. Jaxon Walker @hewasajazzman was previously on Minnesota, but he currently is our top points producer with 62.

Even though I only pointed out a handful of players, we haven't held second place on individual efforts alone. Both on the ice and in our LR our team really has meshed. I'm honored that I could be the AGM to such a welcoming team and I can't wait to see how we preform in the playoffs.
