:sea:A Bear No More:nya:

Kevin Low knew something was up when he walked into the locker-room Saturday and was told the General Manager wanted a word in his office. The conversation was a short chat that let Low know he was being traded shortly, so he need to collect his belongings. Low found out he was being traded to the New York Americans, ironic considering he was born when his father was a member of the Americans. After calling the Pacific North-West home for the past two and a half seasons, Low was completely caught off guard when he was asked to report to the General Managers office. Low and his agent, which happens to be his fathers agency, were approached about the possibility of an extension. When the team was told Low would be looking to test the market come seasons’ end, the team didn’t reply back. Rumors started a week or so ago that the team was looking to make moves prior to the trade deadline, but a current roster piece was likely needed to be heading back the other way, Low started preparing that his name would be the one moving on.

Low had nothing but great things to say when reached for comment on his way to Americans locker-room when the two teams played each other later the day of the trade. Low will always be a champion with the Bears, and they always say you remember your first.
