¨No time for an interview¨

That is what Nicklas Lindberg has said since his debut in the VHL. Why? Because he doesn’t know how to speak proper English. He wasn't aware that Toronto was mainly English and post-game interviews are important in Toronto. “That's why he's always the last guy coming out of the shower. I thought he was masturbating.” says the Toronto defense man Jack Sound. After his recent success, Nicklas was asking no interviews during the season because he doesn't want to be disturbed and he wanted to stay focused on his game. This wasn't a big deal since Anatoli Zhumbayev likes to have a 30 minutes interview each night. “Yeah. He (Anatoli) seems to have fun with journalist. He loves having the camera in front of him and the camera loves him too” says Felix Kjellberg (Oh, sorry, Jakub).  Nicklas knows how to speak Swedish and French because his parents is both French and Swedish. “Remy and I love to talk in French in front of the others. They always respond with some French stereotypes like : ‘’Voulez-vous un baguette mon chère Chico?’’ or: ‘’Voulez-vous coucher avec moi ce soir?” Of course, it’s the GM, Edgar, who’s trying the most to talk in French. “Hey Nicklas, toi vouloir manger croissant avec moi ?”

It seems that Nicklas will try to do interviews more often trying to get his superstar status over the top. He wants to be the best on and off the ice. Finally, after releasing this news, his twitter account was full of comments of VHL’ers trying to help him. The most popular comment was from rookie Logan Laich. He couldn’t send his message properly since twitter limit his tweet with a limit of 140 words. His tweet was dividing in 20 parts.

Well, one thing Nicklas Lindberg learned about the English language is : Always start your sentence with ‘’Well’’.
