The Menace are on a great start to their playoff campaign with a round one sweep against the Prague Phantoms, but this series was a little different then how the regular season went. The youngsters on Moscow really stepped up with consistent numbers in all 4 games. Raymond Bernard finished the series with a .929 SV/%, as well as his goals against to a steady 2.5GAA. Nate Telker got 2 goals and 2 assists. Thats already a huge difference from no points in 11 playoff games last year. Will Clarke got a goal and an assist, while Killy Foilen and Oskar Lagesson each got a point. Nate Telker spoke to the media after game 4 of the series, where he got the game winning assist. “Us young guys really stepped up. That series was huge for me, it’s a big confidence boost for sure.” Moscow have to wait for a tight Riga-Helsinki series that is tied at 2 games a piece.
