Big Mac 310 Posted April 7, 2020 Share Posted April 7, 2020 Brick Wahl is the goaltender for the Prague Phantoms, and to he is having a career year, and it comes at the worst time his final season. He’s sporting a 1.93 GAA and .927 SV% in 26 games played. He hasn’t played a long time for the Phantoms, but has been their greatest goalie of all-time by far, and it’s not even close just go look at the numbers. To give you a quick background check Wahl was drafted in the S64 VHL draft by the Calgary Wranglers, and he quickly became the heart and soul of the franchise. Soon the team would get very young bringing in guys like Rj Jubis, Fang Flashback, Kris Rice, and Sigard Gunnar, and then he was traded to the Prague Phantoms where he would soon backstop the team into their first playoff run. In the past Wahl wasn’t always the greatest goalie, but he was very solid, and he built strong friendships along the way, but he never won the ship.
