Moscow, Seattle in Battle for Dominance of this VHL Era

The Seattle Bears won the cup in S68 and S69, followed up by Moscow winning in S70. Now that both teams have made the finals in S71, we are down to an epic showdown between the defending champs and the team that has made 3/4 of the last cups. If Moscow wins this series they match Seattle's 2-peat, and have a chance at a 3-peat (the 2nd of it's kind?) If Seattle wins this cup, it will be inarguable that they won this era with 3/4 of the past few seasons cups, with the opportunity to get more. 

 

This is doubly interesting for me personally, because me and @flyersfan1453 potentially had an opportunity to sign with Seattle a few seasons ago, but instead shocked the league by signing with Moscow instead. While that initially looked like a bad idea with Seattle winning the cup in our first season on Moscow, it all turned out okay as we won last year. Also, I think Moscow has been better for us statistically, as Smitty has flourished and Gritty has finally seen some good seasons. This series will be the icing on the cake to our decision.
