Jeffrey Pines Returns to Mexico

"The boys are back in town!" Pines exclaims to ESPN.mx reporters after a voluntary training session in the downtown Mexico City rink this afternoon. "I"m beyond hyped to be returning to the big MC and to be in the hunt for the cup this year" he continues. Juan Pedro, ESPN.mx correspondent then asks: "Returning to Mexico City after an abysmal 1 point season total, what have you changed coming into this season that's going to raise that number up?". Pines replies, "Yeah last year it was hard getting my feet underneath me, but now I'm playing on a line with Captain Chris and Jay Jones so I'm sure they'll be able to carry me to at least point per game. Plus having big Kamenov at the point, I think we'll see a drastic number change coming into the season. I think the three of us, Hylands and Kamenov, have great locker room chemistry, the three amigos, you could say." As Juan Pedro asks his next question, Chris Hylands and Viktor Kamenov can be heard making dinner plans, and they quickly leave the room. Pines sheds a single tear, as the camera fades to black.
