Welcome to the VHL, DreMin15! We're happy to have you. You should have received a PM with some more detailed information, but to get started quickly you will want to head over to the "How to Create a Player" topic. That topic will offer you detailed information about how to use the VHL Portal to create your player and get you started. We also highly recommend joining the VHL Discord where there is a channel dedicated to helping new members with any questions that they may have about the league or improving their player.

 

Once your player is made VHLM General Managers will be in touch with you about joining their teams. In the meantime, please feel free to ask any questions you have here or in your create-a-player thread. We're happy to have you in the community and we hope you stick around!

I'm not exactly sure if I'm supposed to start a separate thread to introduce myself here or just tag onto this one, but I guess I'll just go here for now. I'm Drew, I saw this while browsing r/EANHLfranchise and I thought "well why not?". Basic stuff I suppose should start out. 19, been a hockey fan for all my life despite growing up in the American south (somehow became a fan of two Canadian teams from that, long story), and I play a lot of franchise mode so I thought it would be interesting to see it from the player's perspective instead of the all-seeing GM god. I'm happy to be here and be part of this community, and I hope to get to meet and play with you all soon!
