VHLM ELO S72 Halfway Point

Well this isn't quite the halfway point as we are actually done 40 games not 36 but I'm going to call it close enough.
First let's check in on the 1000 ELO start:

Couple interesting sights here;

SDM/HOU tanked and tanked hard and early and won't recover.

YUK has had a very up and down season despite trading away most assets the aren't brutal.

A few spikes happened around game 26-31. MIN and YUK go up, HFX and OTT drop.

Games 31-40 have seemed fairly stable.

 

Taking a look at weighted ELO:

This chart has a few more interesting things going on as teams have improved or declined from last season.

YUK and SDM tank early as both of their teams can't keep up with last seasons success. HOU tanks as well as they're worse than they were last season.

MIS climbs out of the basement slowly but surely, crossing the neutral 1000 point around game 33. 

SSK takes a quick rise before cooling off for a more steady climb, sitting 1 point below PHI currently.

 

That's the current outlook of the VHLM, I'll take a look again at a later date.
