Guest Posted May 29, 2014 Share Posted May 29, 2014 There have been some very small rumours about a possible VHL Movie being made and released. Many fans and critics are asking "How?". Apparently the movie is based loosely on a film that recently came out in theatres about the NFL called "Draft Day". The same style will be used except this will be a movie documentary about the life of the VHL and it's every day operations. It will also feature some small game highlights and various different headlines across the the league. For more news, tune in to the upcoming Blades of Steel podcast with Joey Kendrick some time this week. Rumoured cast members include Kevin Costner, Jon Hamm, Joe Mantegna, Olivia Wilde and Sophia Bush. VHL stars included in the film are New York Americans forward Odin Tordahl, Cologne Express goaltender Blaine Olynick and former VHL great Kevin Brooks.
