The logo on the jersey looks pretty good, and the floating logo across the graphic was a nice touch. I also dig the bull at the bottom, he's just galloping away. I also think the font you chose fits the theme really well. The only thing I'd say to maybe change would be that the M in Minott is like 1/3 of the way covered.
