The Las Vegas Aces ended draft night with 11 skaters and was ready for the season, they weren't the best but had potential. Knowing the team needed a little extra punch GM Spartan put in his best efforts to find more talent and he did, as many call it "hitting the jackpot" that's exactly what happened, first it was a backup goaltender Jacob Carson and a couple of wingers, Kasey Tamm and Angel Wachiure. Tamm currently leads the team in points, Wachiure has the teams best goals for.against differential and Carson started his career with a pair of wins.

It wasn't long for the managers to upgrade their squad again and just 2 games later we saw defender Chase Crosby and winger Nicholas Sunderbruch put ink to paper, right now we see Crosby playing vital minutes on the penalty kill and despite not getting on the scoring sheet often Sunderbruch is creating a lot of scoring chances for Las Vegas and is probably the most active member on the team.

with the season underway and lineups set management grew frustrated as they sat in the middle of the pack 7 games after strengthening their roster, here's where the last two signings come into play, defender Gabriel Akerstrom and another winger, Maksim Yakolevsky. We haven't seen much of Akerstrom but he's over a point a game with 7 in only 6 and is showing a lot of promise, could be on the top line before the end of the season. Lastly, Yakolevsky came into practice today ready and left being one of the most competitive players, he should have no problem adjusting to the ice and make an impact early in his career. Now finally after tweaking lines and changing up strategies we see the Aces join the rest of the winning teams in a race for 1st place, where will they end up? Will the team sign anybody else? Are trades going to happen? You'll just have to wait and find out!
