Hextall invites Spyro and Lafontaine over to his house

Toronto Legion failed to make the playoffs, the Vancouver wolves were knocked out in the play in round, and the Calgary Wranglers were knocked out in the semi finals. Once again all Canadian teams are out. The ending for Calgary was especially rough, with Seattle coming back from down three to one. Wanting to help ease the recent loose for his friends, and seeing as it had been a while, Jaxx Hextall once again invited both Lafontaine and Spyro over for a surprise, although this time they were going to Hextall's home in Oshawa Ontario. Taking his rivals to the living room to play some good old couch co-op games on Hextall's 82 inch TV. What did they play you may be wondering? well Hextall wanted play some of his childhood games with the fellow goalies, this included at least one match of each Mario Party game on the gamecube, Mario Party 4,5,6 and 7 which Hextall said was his personal favorite. They followed that up with a few races on Mario Kart double dash before ending their time on the gamecube with Super smash bros Melee. They then shifted over to Jaxx's Original Xbox and played a few matches of the iconic first person shooter franchise Halo, playing a bit of both Halo 1 and 2. During all of this Hexxy also ordered Pizza for the trio. When asked who won the most matches, Hextall simply replied with this. "Unlike last time where it was friendly competition, this was just for pure fun, to help take our minds off the disappointing ends to our seasons. No one kept score, we just had fun, and that's what mattered most"
