Onde Drafted by Vancouver

You know, walking into the draft, I genuinely had no fricken clue where I was going to go. Not a single clue. I had 3 general managers interview me prior to the draft and GM Keaton Louth happened to be one of them. I knew that not every single General Manager was going to know what my goals were. Walking out of the meeting with the Vancouver GM, I was positive I was going to Vancouver. However, I started to get into my own head. I was feeling like I was going to be unheard if I didn't go to Vancouver. Like I was going to get drafted by a team and they had no idea what my personal goals were.

 

I calmed down though. I knew I was going to Vancouver. I didn't expect to go 6th overall but I made it to a team that I felt wanted me but also I wanted to be apart. I see some of the legends here like Rauno Paulo, HHH and Julius Freeman and think, why can't Emi, Venus and myself replicate that again. I believe we have what it takes to be a legendary team. Lets get on Vancouver, I'm here to stay.
