Bobo 514
Drafted 17th overall by the Chicago Phoenix, Lee Xin is an outstanding point scoring winger who has played one full season with the Ottawa Lynx of the VHLM last year, and posted an impressive 51 points in 72 games, 26 of those were goals. With his smaller frame, he is a more speed and skill player, but still is physical. That makes him able to be deadly on the rush, and capable of an impressive 200ft game. Considering he was on a pretty good Lynx team last season, he was still able to make a name for himself. He also had a short pre-draft stint with the Mississauga Hounds, where he didn't put up any points. Xin is a huge power-play presence, putting up a respectable 4 PPGs last season with the Lynx. His high defense stat makes him capable of a consistent defensive game, game in and out. He may not have reach, but he is a smart player in the def. zone. His 11 shot blocks and his higher than average physical stat solidifies himself as a shot blocking forward with grit. A great two-way forward and an excellent sniper. Easily one of the top up and coming wingers in the Phoenix organization. As of yesterday, Xin has a new front office role in Yukon; he's the new AGM of the Yukon Rush. -------- @Blazzer JeffD, JigglyGumballs, Blazzer and 1 other 3 1 Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/91144-lee-xin-top-prospects-for-chicago/ Share on other sites
