With this young team and all their rookies, it sure reflects the feeling of youth. Love the black and white touch, you could've gone with any color (besides pink) and it would still look cool. The team name font is somewhat uninspiring and meh. It does get a little bright in the top right, perhaps darken that and add some more dim light in another corner?
