There are many different effects and layers here, but none of them clash, which is impressive. I am not crazy about the font; it ties into the lighting a bit, but I think someone else might be better. I am not crazy about the font but that is a design choice and I can see that it has some connection with the overall look. Lightning looks like an afterthought but it does work.
