  1. OT squeaker for Calgary. Still hatin.
  2. 5' 7" Kiaskov might have something to say about who's the toughest lil son of a bitch on the ice when it comes to scrapping. He lead the league last year with 8 fights. Too bad we weren't team mates.
  3. Riga Tor HC Seattle
  4. 1. Did you create your goalie after a real life pro or is the player fictitious? 2. What do you like about this game so far? 3. Do you play hockey in real life? 4. Do you plan on sticking around the VHL for quite awhile? 5. What are your personal goals for your player?
  5. 1. Why did you leave in the first place? 2. Gretzky or Lemieux and why? 3. Did you create your player after a real pro hockey player or just make a fictitious one? 4. Do you plan on sticking around long term since you've come back? 5. What are your personal goals for your player?
  6. Yeah we should be close. Hopefully we can win like this against the other clubs.
  7. More my style of shinny though like the 90's NHL's dead puck era.
  8. Apparently I stand corrected, you will see a few more of these wins this season.
  9. Idk, I find it easy to do everything chat included on my phone except graphics because phone apps don't offer as much in the way of editing tools. And I barely use Discord because Im old fashioned and can't type as fast as you buggers. Plus like @Beketovsaid its all in the moment and too fast for me to wanna try n even read through all the constant chat shit.
  10. If your old, then I'm the grandfather around here at almost 53. Change is hard when your set in your ways but I find as I grow older, I have a lot less patience and time. So even though change can be uncomfortable, and you have the " If it ain't broke, don't fix it " attitude, sometimes its for the better. If we didn't have change, we'd still be in the stone ages. ✌ And I agree with the statement that kids know a days want maximum gain for putting in the least amount of effort. The system is part of the problem.
  11. That was a squeaker.
  12. That was a close one.
  13. Soak in that NY victory gentlemen because you're not going to see to many of these this season.
  14. Can't you pick anybody up in inactive free agency? Surely some there are better then your team bots.
  15. Let's keep the ball rollin boys.
  16. Five games into the season and the Seattle Bears are atop the league standings. As a team they've scored an astounding 27 goals and their ticupght defensive play has only allowed 7 goals, with Sterling and back up Seagoat both earning shutouts in the prop Offensively this club is firing on all cylinders receiving offense from both the top two lines and getting addedpport from the defensive core. During an interview with CBC radio, Assistant Captain David Kiaskov was asked about why the team was off to such a hot start. His reply was as follows: " Well Ron, we have a great group of guys' that play well together and I think having a blend of veterans and youth on this club helps to form a cohesive unit as the veterans help guide the younger player here and they push older guys like myself to want to keep up with their youthful exuberance" . " I can't let any of my younger team mates show me up now can I?" "Haha" " As for game play, I think we could use work on our specialty teams as we went 0/2 I believe on the PP during one of the last games. And we can always improve on the PK as well". Players like Kiaskov need to stop taking so many penalties as in his last game he accumulated four minors. Less team penalties means less time on the PK. And the club is still waiting on receiving more offensive output from Kovalev and Thunderfoot. GM Banackock has done a terrific job so far this season with UFA and team play so at this point it looks very likely Seattle is a front runner for the cup.
  17. Nice goose egg Seagoat! Hardly any penalties. We have to get better on our PP...0/3!
  18. Two goals for the Kiaskov! Nice team effort boys!
