Good work! Will add tomorrow
-
I never told you what I expect. I told you if he plays the same he did in Vancouver (which I stated several times) you'll be disappointed with the way you guys described him. You guys are fighting me over nothing, off an observation in fact. If I told you the sun was pink in Vancouver because thats what it looks like out here right now, you'd say well no it's not because out here its yellow. Well yeah, thats cause I said "in Vancouver".
-
Are you kidding? This useless you aren't understanding this. He was great in New Jersey and my point in that scenario is that it's like a Maple Leafs fan flaming a Devils fan because he said he was a gem. It's not the Devils fans fault Clarkson fit the Devils team better and therefore looked like a better player with them.
-
I don't think you are reading or understanding what I'm saying. I'm saying he said himself he was a fighting energy guy (as in he goes out hits and makes it hard on opponents) which he wasn't doing in Vancouver even though he said that. Boubabi, I'm going to explain this. What I said was about his game in Vancouver, what he shows in Montreal is hardly what he was doing in Vancouver. He plays with energy and speed in Montreal. In Vancouver he won the fastest skater in the skills competition but we never saw that in a game. Vancouver and Montreal is night and day to what he seems to be providing Montreal currently. That is what I am saying. I never said he was never going to be a regular NHL'er, I commented on his current play with Vancouver where he was playing like an AHL player. I'm not sure what is lost here.
-
Everyone knows that, still my point is there.
-
Oh this isn't even fun anymore. You will nit pick the point regardless. No he didn't stay the same, he was quoted as being a guy who liked the fighting and energy role while in an interview at rinkside. Keeping dragging the dead horse though without noticing what I said.
-
He is the SHL and SBA still. Ripping sigs and taken the world by storm!
-
Here is an example: Someone says David Clarkson was a gem while he is playing for the Devils. >He goes to the Maple Leafs >>He sucks with the Maple Leafs >>>Leafs fan calls out Devils fan for saying Clarkson was a gem >>>>Leafs fan fails to see that the Devils fans comments were when he played for the Devils.
-
Once again....that has nothing to do with what I said when he was on the Canucks. He turned his career around sweet, I'm happy for him. I never hated the guy personally, he seemed like a nice guy. Not sure what his play with eh has now has to do with the play he was providing (or not) when I made those comments while he was a member of the Canucks. See that now?

This. Anyone that paints them with anymore than the shit brush is trying to make the trade seem great for their team.
-
No you're right I never judged out of the games he played. Oh yes let's blame the coach for Weise not showing any signs of positive play here. Shit coach yes, but doesn't mean the player is absolutely useless. This is too easy.
-
You guys said he was a physical player. Which is only true if he is told, otherwise no he is not anymore physical than the next player.
-
Whats your point here? He was horrible in Vancouver. All those posts do are prove that I was right, he was garbage in Vancouver. Not sure what you are trying to pull out.
-
Whoever the hell it was, so much salt was laid out that day. It was none of their faults, you guys just wanted to blame the other team.
-
Give him a chance on a new team sure, but don't paint like you are if he isn't that. It's like if Mike Green goes to Detroit and someone tells their fanbase he is a stay at home defensemen who lays the boom!
-
Same reason you aren't a commentator, I mean "Stepan purposely ran into Price blah blah blah". Emelin didn't trip him or anything. Crack me up.
-
Yeah they have that effect on a lot of people.
-
Weise was trash on the Canucks, he never brought what they wanted. He was not worthy of minutes of the Canucks, because when he did get minutes he never utilized them, show me anyone that would say a guy deserves minutes if he never brings anything in the time he has. I can't take your homer opinions on Prust either. See how that works? Habs are thieves again and MB is the GM of the year. That fanbase is so hockey crazy they get confused.
-
Well of course because your team would than be considered even in the trade in someone else's eyes, which would be hard to fathom. You painted him as a player who plays with physicality and showed a highlight video to try and further your point, without actually seeing him play. He is only physical after a meeting with the coach 1 on 1. Other than that he stays away from using his frame to his advantage. Here is where you are confused though. You guys say Prust is a waste of a roster spot or just doesn't bring it every night as a Habs fan. I, who lives in Vancouver and has seen Kassian play multiple times said he isn't what you guys are painting him as. But of course in the end you guys are right because you want to be right, not because it actually make sense. It's common for a fanbase to say negative things about a player who is going away from their franchise to make the deal seem a lot better than it is.
-
Your blind hockeys sense went on very quick as well. How does Weise have anything to do with this deal? Different management and also the fans don't decide who gets traded. The Diaz point didn't help your cause.
-
No not stubborn, just realizing that anything the Habs do is gold. The Canucks get rid of a cancer to the organization (he really was) to get a player who isn't a cancer but is older. The 5th round pick has a 5% chance of playing in the NHL and apparently MB is now up for GM of the Year. This is one of those deals which has no play on the season. Diaz isn't even in Vancouver by the way, but that has nothing to do with this so not sure why you went there.
-
The Canucks are glad they got rid of Kassian so much they felt like throwing in a 5th. But of course the Habs walk out of every deal as thieves..
-
Maybe, but that came with trying to get rid of an idiot in the LR.
-
Ever seen them live? They are incredible.
-
Okay just checking. Cause many people have said the Habs stole one, but they obviously haven't seen Kassian play.
