I haven't been following the story line much but that is some funny shit right there.

1. If you had a personal "goal song," what would it be? Casey Jones of course. 2. Based on recent rebuilds and expansions, the future in Davos looks bright. Malmo took three seasons to be good, Seattle took two, Moscow took four, and most recent expansions DC and Prague are now good in their third season of existence. Let's take S69 as the "start" of the current rebuild, and call this the third season. Can we pull a Moscow and be a good team next season, or will it take longer than that? I think there is a good chance next season will be huge. 3. You can wipe any one VHL team out of existence, for any reason. Who do you pick and why? New York would be gone. They are too good when it counts. 4. What's your favorite sport outside of hockey? Do you have any favorite teams in that sport? I follow competitive "Yelling". Of course my favorite team is the Loud family, although the Tourette team has it's moments. 5. It's recreate time and you're back in the VHLM. Who do you sign with? Whatever team has the best fit for my player. 6. Last week I asked you how life has changed for you during this whole quarantine thing, and I'm happy to hear you're all handling it well. This week I'm asking if anything has changed for you for the better. Do you find yourself with more free time? Are you keeping life fun? Have you picked up any hobbies or projects? My whole family is doing well still. I have a few projects that I have on my mind. First and foremost, I am going to jump my Harley over the Grand Canyon.

With the season at the halfway mark, one thing is very clear. Seattle is finding ways to win. It seems that most of the team has developed really good chemistry and it is paying off. After what I consider a horrible start of the season, it looks a bit brighter heading to the end. It is unclear what some of the other teams are doing. A couple of teams that you would expect to be near the top are just not getting the results. We, at Seattle, are very familiar with this issue. Best advice is don't be on Simon T's shit list. I am very excited for the league as we make changes and try to improve the quality of life for everyone. I think there could be more changes to come that could potentially improve the league even further. You just never know what is going to happen in this league. Looking ahead, the playoffs are almost in sight. While it is still early and I expect a few teams to get on a run before the season ends, I feel good about Seattle and the direction we are being lead. It's a team effort and our team is 100 percent committed to winning. One game at a time, we work to win. Stay safe and wash your hands.

Review: 7/10 I think this looks very balanced and while not super high rez, it still retains a nice overall look. I think your font choice is fine and if you ran your gradient on Drumm the opposite direction, it would stand out more. Just like your other project, I think the face detail could be better but it isn't that bad. Nice feel to this sig. Keep them coming. Very enjoyable products coming from you.

Review: 8/10 While I am not a fan of this edge effect, you made it look really good. Your choice of fonts are very appealing and the back glow is just enough to seperate the text from the render, well done. Not much to say about the background, it serves it's purpose and works well with everything else. My only real criticism would be that you lost a lot of detail in the players face, which is also subjective as this may be the look you were going for. I think a bit of contrast in the render would do it justice. Overall, very nice job. Keep it up, you are getting really good.

Actually I fucked up, or my memory fucked up. I meant to say Puff the magic dragon. Drug reference implied...

33. If you could pick a dragon, what would you name it and would you use it to takeover the VHL? I would call him Pete. He would spread love and joy throughout the entire league. 34. Are you in any other sim leagues? Yes 35. What are some things you like about the VHL that keep you coming back? Kills time, fun things to do and great people, why not keep coming back? 37. What team do you feel you have a rivalry with? Explain the rivalry. Do you have others?? Every team in the league is a rival. It's a kill or be killed league, we would rather kill. 38. Whats a way you think the league would have good success with in terms of recruiting new members? Where should they look etc? Delete, format and start over with a fresh new league. 39. @Devise is on our team. He's also a simmer. What do you plan to bribe him with so we win another cup? Doesn't look like it is working.

With a third of the season under our belt, all the teams seem to have settled down and are working on small details to improve each game. Also with most team, except the bottom two, are playing .500 hockey and better, there is a lot of competition to stay in the mix. A couple of bad sims could find your team a few spots lower in the standings. An interesting stat that stands out a bit to me, being on Seattle Bears team, we went from having a fairly solid defensive last season to one of the porous. Seattle flipped around and has one of the top offenses in the league. We did lose a lot of talent from last season and it is showing in some ways that you wouldn't except. My player, LeGrande, switched from defense to offense during the off season. I would have to say it did hurt the back end a bit but he is doing fine as a forward. Not great, but holding his own. I look for the season to continue with close games and head shakers. Good stuff. Word count 182.

Review: 8/10 While the render is a bit rough, I love the design of this sig. Good depth and pleasing text. I like the font and simple effects that you used. I am not a fan of most edge effects but this doesn't look bad. About the only thing I would have done different is offset the player render to the right more and move the text to the left side to balance out the overall look. You are doing a great job and look forward to the next one. Keep it up.

Review: 6/10 It seems you have the tools at hand to add layers and effects. This graphic doesn't look bad for someone starting out. You have a good mix of colors and effects that make it interesting. I think what you need to work on is cutting out a render, then making a background or using one with a bit a blur to add some depth. Also you formatting is off. When the player is in the middle of a graphic, it makes it harder to balance the "look" of the project. I think you have the skills and are headed in the right direction. Good effort and keep it up.

From what I have read, Simon T is based off of the NHL and is intended for use in that format of 9 forwards and 6 dmen. Just using the same players to fill in the lines does not play well with this sim engine. Even though 1.1 is old as fuck, it might actually work better with a full roster and give the teams cap to have said players. I think that should have been addressed before we had an expansion. I am just spit balling here so take it for what it's worth.

Review: 6/10 Very appealing sig. I like the design concept and I think it all works well with this design. On a subjective level, I would like to see more render detail and contrast. Your text would look better if it were on the sig and not off the boarder. That said, it really does work and it is how you made it. Nothing wrong with this project that practice won't cure. Great effort. Keep bringing them.

Review: 6/10 You have the right idea with this graphic. You have a great render and also I would say you placed the logo very nicely. I would just keep working on your skills and learn what you can by asking others or watching tutorials. I think I would start with your formatting. Player, text and any other element in a project should be placed in a way that makes sense. I would work on your font, there are a ton out there that will really make your work great. I like the overall design and just stick with it. You have a bright future making graphics for everyone to see. Great effort.

First off, I hope everyone is well and dealing with this world issue with some success. I for one, have to stay home with my wife as we are both at risk. On to our hockey world. With the season underway, it is glaring me in the face that if this league takes up just a little bit of time, it is well worth it. Being stuck in a house with nothing but a jar of pickles and no Top Ramen, a guy has to have someplace to go. The virtual world of sim hockey, the savior. While it isn't the most ideal way to kill time, it can be whatever you make of it. Another bright side, I found a closet filled with toilet paper. I hope the neighbor doesn't realize I took half of what they were hording. Well the team is going strong, the players seem to be in great spirits. What could a guy ask for that we already have here in the VHL. Not a lot. Just remember. When you go out into any public areas, always wear a condom. I have my own theories on protection against diseases. Stay classy VHL.
