Due to the recent news of the VHL Expansion, I am in need of an AGM for Las Vegas. Muff was a great AGM and I wish him the best, but it is now the time for a new AGM to help me out and stop me from making dumb and impulsive decisions. I'm looking for an AGM who: Has some graphic design skills to create a recruiting graphic for LVA, and potentially other graphics for team members Can put up press conferences Has STHS experience to send lines in case I can't Considers themselves fairly logical when making transactional decisions Looking forward to seeing who applies!

Going to apply anyways because I believe that a good moderator has the ability to overcome potential conflicts of interests by remaining committed to the requirements of a position. 1. I usually have Discord open on some device or the other from the time I wake up (around 8:30 AM) to when I usually go to sleep (around 3 AM). Although not quite within your specified time range, I have some overlaps, and am usually up later on weekends. 2. Always on idle, and am already verified via 2FA 3. I am 20 years old 4. See my opening statement. While I am a VHLM GM, the rules and expectations of the Discord server and our code of conduct are more important than personal benefits to myself, my team, or my players. Regarding HR/training taken, I'd be glad to share the details with you in a PM, but I work in a supervisory manner for my university and work with undergraduate students and buildings, so I've taken a decent amount of training there, and have now 2+ years of experience with college-aged people. Have also taught martial arts to K-12 students for 3 years, so I can typically handle the young bucks like @Alex Bridges. Lastly, in terms of pure Discord moderation, I've been the head mod of a Madden discord server with over 1k folks (as @Lefty_S can attest to), and have moderated various other discord servers with 100+ people in it as well.
