INDEX @VHL GM To send in your lines please use the Team Management section of the portal, if you have manual requests due to trades or other roster changes please PM me your notes. For this first set if there any any issues in your rosters please let me know as soon as possible so I can correct them before the first sim Wednesday. I made sure all rosters can be at least valid so we should have no problems there but if you're missing any players, if any players are the wrong position, or anything else I need to know. A reminder that the portal and the sim are different entities so having someone on your roster portal wise does not guarantee they will be in your roster sim wise. I have to add them manually so please be as clear as possible with any requests. Last bit of house keeping is a reminder that your lines should not be renamed in any way from the default. Changing the name at all will make the auto-load lines function skip your lines and I'm not likely to notice so please be sure they are simply named after your team as is the default. I cannot promise you a specific time for games, although 7PM EST is most likely; whenever games do run they will be live at the link below. I can't promise you they will be very entertaining; in fact I can almost guarantee that they won't be. However in an effort to be more transparent with our simming you will all be able to watch me click buttons in all it's glory. I will do my best to put a message on discord whenever I go live and you can use the #roles channel to subscribe to the notifications so you won't miss when sims are going live. Normally I would never say this but I completely agree with you… Ingot drafted for it and was like “why am I even eligible for this?” Like it exists so that new people who join during the playoffs have something to do because they can’t get added to VHLM lines. It shouldn’t be for recreates who just happen to have not made the playoffs.

Love it. The styling of the 2025 model I don’t find to be AS good (though they mostly just changed the headlights) but with the added improvements they made (wireless CarPlay, new infotainment, a light for the charging port, slightly better efficiency, etc) should still be very solid. My only major complaints are honestly to do with the dealership insisting on ICE style service schedules and completely bullshit costs (like the 6 month check that they forced me to do at 10k even though mileage shouldn’t matter in an EV and it’s meant to be annual where they charged me $80 to rotate tires that had been put on the week before…) that I don’t need. Plus the fact that the dealership in the city for some reason STILL isn’t EV certified so I need to take it an hour away which sucks. The actual style, drive, range, etc has all been great though. Feels a lot more premium than you would expect from a Kia and Hyundai / Kia has been going HARD on their EV platform, like a lot more than other companies have, and it shows. Plus the interior dimensions are massive, like weirdly so. There’s more legroom in both the back and the front than my old Santa Fe had despite the EV6 being smaller and assuming I put the seats down it has more cargo space as well.

Season 93 Experience Points Congratulations to all @Members for the completion of another successful VHL season, as well as to Seattle for taking home the Continental Cup. As always, with the season finished, all VHL players have earned some more experience based on the length of their campaign. In addition, anyone who participated in the VHLM or VHLE in S93 is eligible to claim 3 Experience points. How to Claim Claim experience in the Player Management area by clicking the 'CLAIM UNCAPPED' button, select Off-Season, then select Experience from the dropdown. Enter the amount of Experience you are eligible for as described below and link to this thread.  Once approved, the Experience will be added directly to your player's experience attribute. You do not need to apply it yourself.  NOTE: YOU CAN NOT CARRY OVER EXPERIENCE POINTS EARNED BY A RETIRED PLAYER ONTO A RECREATE  POINTS Full VHL Season - 5 Points Partial VHL Season - 2 points (Less than 72 GP in VHL, unless due to a trade) Playoffs - 2 Points Finals - 1 Point VHLE (Any Amount) - 3 Points VHLM (Any Amount) - 3 Points Example: Gustav Mattias played for Seattle and won in the finals. They get 5 for a full season, 2 for playoffs, and 1 for finals. I mean like I said, I would be totally fine getting it off of me. The vast majority of people don’t respond to it anyway but having all those DM’s does make finding any that I need quite difficult.

So the auto-message doesn't have to come from me, it can come from any user ID. I think it has to be an individual though, I don't think you can set multiple people as recipients but anyway. It is a normal DM though, it's not some special thing that the member receives and I don't. My inbox currently looks like this: So like people can respond to me and I will answer questions. It's rare but it could happen. I'm not saying the content of that message is perfect, we've discussed changing it a boatload of times, but I don't really see how making it come from a different person would change much. By all means we can, I would love to have my inbox back, but it's not a message that I can't respond to, it's simply automated.

I mean after all these years I've basically done stuff everywhere as one would expect haha. I used to do PT's in class, on the bus, in the bathroom, basically anywhere and everywhere. I definitely don't watch as much as I used to but I obviously did name my player, in a way, after Taker so I still watch some of the good matches when I get a chance to do so. As for the trade, clearly and overpayment, player is not worth it at all I hate all 3-way deals on principle and therefore hate this one, sorry but just simmer bias. We need to make a way to make it easier to see which player came from where because man fuck trying to process 3 ways when you don't know every player on every team which I clearly do not. @OrbitingDeath just missed me so much for that like day that he had to follow me to the other end of the continent and across country lines, I get it. We tended to get along well in DC so hopefully we can keep that going in Vancouver. I mean unfortunately as someone who came in via one of those trades I can't accurately answer this so I pick Dom because his name came first, that seems fair. So I have a bit of inside information on this assuming I can remember it all as Spartan had asked me about it. Something about a conditional trade or whatnot but he didn't have the cap for him so the condition had to go unmet. I'm realizing I remember fewer details than I thought I did... but fuck conditional deals as much as 3 way trades.

WJHC sims start soon (I know it's late, things happened) so I can start getting that beautiful simming claim again and stop writing these horrible rambling 590 articles (yes, 590, that's what us old farts remember these as). For now though we gotta deal with one last one. - Good news to those who struggle with trivia, I finally found a question that I had to actually think about! I still got it right and it still only took like a minute of digging around in the HoF area but hey, at least it was something with a bit of a challenge which is more than the rest of the season has been. - Speaking of challenge, boy did @McNeil have one getting into the HoF again. Not sure how Janulla got missed all those seasons ago but hey, it happened and it's fixed now. Maybe we can move on to getting Papa in now..... hahahahaha yeah right. - Calaway still needs a sig for Vancouver. In theory I should have spent my time making that instead of this mess but alas, I haven't made a sig in like a year and I'm rusty as hell so for now I wait.
