Well well well, we're back again talking about your friendly goon, Logan Moore. As the Saskatoon Wild were facing elimination down 3-1, the team has struck back and pushed the series to GAME SEVEN! The whole team has been playing pretty great, but I'd like to highlight Logan Moore's play this series. In game one, Logan didn't have any points, but preformed decently in the defensive side of play. He left that game with a -1, but had 4 hits and 2 shot blocks that game. While it isn't the best game he's had this year, it's still pretty good considering the team let in 6 whole goals that game. Game 2 was more of the same. Saskatoon scored 3 goals, but they couldn't keep the puck out of the net letting in 4. Logan Moore had a similar game with a -1, 2 shots, 4 hits and one shot block. However, this was just the calm before the storm. Game 3 had Saskatoon play solidly both ends of the ice, as they went out to win 2-1. Logan Moore would go on to have one of his best games of the season. He ended up converting 2 assists, 2 shots, 4 hits, and 6 shot blocks. He also was the second star of this game. He preformed exceptionally this game and helped Saskatoon get their first win. Game 4 was not good at all from a team standpoint, but Logan still tried his best! Logan scored his first ever post-season goal, as well as having 1 shot, 7 hits, and being an even player that game. Even though the team lost, Logan Moore didn't back down. Game 5 is the tipping point of the series. This game proves that Saskatoon still has life and won't go down without a fight. Logan got 1 assist, 6 hits, and 2 shot blocks. From Game 3, Logan has stayed one of the most consistent performers on the team. Game 6 is the most recent game played, and Saskatoon has tied the series! It was a very hard-fought game, but Saskatoon went onto win 6-5. Logan didn't have as many hits this game, but still played pretty good as he got 1 assist, 1 shot, 3 hits, and remained an even player. Through 6 games, Logan has put up 1 goal, 4 assists, 9 shots, 28 hits, 13 shots blocked, and has stayed an even player all series. I am so excited what he and his team will do for game 7, and I hope we come out with a win!

1. I feel I have the big hitting and leadership that resembles Zdeno Chara, and I also have the defensive and slight offensive input that Ryan Suter has. 2.My most important aspect is my shutdown ability in my own zone. 3.I feel I could get a lot better in improving my puck handling and offensive ability. 4. Resilient, Determined, Thrilling 5. Oh I feel physical play is a huge part in the playoffs. A big hit in our defensive zone can cause multiple opportunities. For example, if my player were to slam hard into the opposing player with the puck, my teammates can pick up the loose puck and skate down the ice for a goal. There's multiple instances where physical play will be as important as speed and overall skill. 6. I think players that just know how to have a good time. Sure playing professionally means your main goal is to win a championship, but you also need to have fun with the game. Also, accepting defeat and not going on a whole tangent when your team loses a game. You need to take the loss and improve on yourself as a player. -
Welcome to The Saskatoon Late Night Show, and would you look at that! After 46 games played, Logan Moore leads the VHLM in PIMs with 101. We actually got to speak with Logan after his recent game versus Mexico, and here's what he had to say about those statistics. "You know, you always have those types of players in the league that other players don't want to play against, and that's who I want to be. I want to put fear into my opponents, and make them scared to try to play against me. You need a guy who plays rough and tough, and someone to stand up for smaller and star teammates. This league needs someone to fear!" Truly... intimidating words from Logan. One of Logans fans actually compared him to "DoomGuy" from the Doom franchise, and I couldn't agree more. This boy loves to hit and he loves to start trouble! If he keeps this intimidating persona, and also scores at a good pace, he will surly be one of the hardest players to play against. I'm Drew from The Saskatoon Late Night Show... and stay safe out there VHLMers.

Before the season started, Logan Moore was picked pretty late in both the VHLM draft and VHL draft going 68th and 91st. He was still determined to have a great season with the Wild. Logan Moore so far has 1 goal and 4 assists in 13 games, which is already more than last year. He's also upping his defensive game, as he has 37 hits and 11 shot blocks. He's becoming one of the roughest goons in the league as he also has 21 penalty minutes to his name. Logan is shaping up to be a really skilled defenseman, as his defensive game is only getting better and he's starting to chip in offensively. Going 91st in the VHL draft... Logan is shaping up to be quite the pick up for Seattle, and one day will blossom into a great defenseman. Logan has seen a lot of competition and had to fight for his role, but he is relentless and is on pace for an amazing defensive year with the Wild in the VHLM, which would definitely land him a spot in Seattle.

1. If I had to it would definitely be baseball. I always played it when I was a young boy, and I was fairly good at it. Hockey just won over my heart in the end, and it's the sport I'll continue to do till I die. 2. Assuming we're talking about hockey, I'd switch to goaltending. Playing in net is so much fun, it gives me a rush like no other. When you have bad games you feel awful, but when you have those types of games where you steal the show, that's what makes goaltending worth it. 3. Well, you can't go wrong with CCM! I love my CCM Jetspeed FT3 Pro, and I've been using the brand for awhile. 4. (My personal answer) Well I was born in the city of Pittsburgh, so I'm obligated to say them, but I've lived in North Carolina most of my life. I love my bunch of jerks a lot! 5. Oh 2 cups for sure! In the end, all those trophies you earn don't matter, your main goal is to win the cup. It's the thing all hockey fans dream of when they're a kid, winning a championship. 6. You know, I probably won't be one of the best, or even make the hall of fame, but I'm looking forward to just making the pro lineup and surprising the league. I was drafted pretty late in the draft, but with enough hard work I think I can be one of the steals of the draft. -

1. This year I'm going to focus on getting better overall as a player. I'm going to try to improve all aspects of my game and have a really good season in the VHLM. 2. I think Seattle is a really good team and has a really nice locker room overall. I'm excited that one day I'll jump up and make the team, and try my best to win a championship with the BEARS! 3. The VHL in my opinion is just an amazing thing. So many great people make this league what it is, and I found some really nice people in my short time here. 4. I have a dog who's a German Shepherd Lab mix, and she's just the cutest thing. But I guess a lot of people have dogs, so another fact is I'm exceptionally good at TETRIS. 5. Yeah I think you're helping me in a lot of ways to get more involved in the community and to make the best player I can. With my other team I just didn't feel that motivated to do anything, but I'm now starting to understand why people love this league. 6. Nah you're perfectly fine don't worry! -

It is time to give my rookie experience! Logan Moore started his young career with the Mississauga Hounds. He was signed near the end of the season, and was determined to make a run with the Hounds. In those 28 games he only had 4 points, but he acted as a very good defensive defenseman for the Hounds with his 53 hits and 28 shots blocked. This decent play helped Mississauga get all the way to the finals, but they sadly lost in the end. After this disappointing end to the year, Logan would continue to train and become a better overall defenseman. He knew he wasn't going to go high in the VHL draft, but he is hoping he can make other teams feel dumb for not choosing him. Logan Moore was selected 91st overall by The Seattle Bears, and the Saskatoon Wild! He is looking forward to playing with the Wild, and having an amazing year to boost his value to the team. His teammates welcome him with open arms, and management is ready to see how he grows with the team. Logan might not be the most valuable prospect in the system, but he is determined to make his way to the top. He's going to have an amazing time in this league, and is ready for the opportunity to play with The Seattle Bears. After his season with the Hounds, he's now seen as a stay-at-home defenseman that'll be amazing and throwing the body around. He's always been known when he was younger that he always pumped people up, and got them into the game. He's hoping to do the same with Saskatoon and Seattle. One day, Logan Moore hopes to get back to those finals, those games still haunt him in his sleep. He still thinks about what he could've done differently to help his team win, but he's pushing that all behind him now. He's found a new home, and he wants to make great use of his skills and physical abilities. He knows he doesn't have that much pressure on him, since he wasn't taking that high in the draft, so he feels that can help him a bit more. He is the definition of a low risk, high reward. He is ready to be one of the best defensive defenseman in the league, and will not let anyone get in the way of his dreams and aspirations.

Background Details: Logan Moore has always loved hockey for as long as he can remember. At the age of 3 is when he started to get on the ice and start his passion for the game. Logan went through a rough childhood with the separation of his parents, but hockey was an escape for him. His dad would take him outside to this little pond in his home town Ottawa where they would practice skating and hockey techniques. Logan would develop his game and become a very defensive loving player. Playstyle: Logan Moore is a defensive defenseman who's 6'2 and 180 pounds. He's very talented in his own end of the ice and throws the body around. He's the not the best skater and he doesn't have the best puck skills, but he can still generate offensive opportunities by taking slapshots from the point. Logan is so passionate about the game, that he is a great leader on and off the ice. He loves motivating his teammates and getting everyone pumped for the game. He will never stop his effort on a shift, and will always try his best to win.
