1. This is our destiny. We are going all the way. 2. I think for our strong point has been our offense. For a weakness I would say being a bit more of a lockdown defense. 3. I believe we keep the lines as they are, we are firing on all cylinders. 4. Can never go wrong with Korean BBQ. 5. I don't change things when things are going good, you can't mess with the mojo. 6. I believe we are good as we are, but if you see something go for it. -

1. I didn't know what kind of start to expect to be honest with it being my first season, but I love this start. 2. I would say the Captain Alto Red and our brickwall of a tendie in Louis Burley. But everyone on the team is doing there part. 3. I feel Saskatoon could be a rival as they were the biggest pain in a loss so far. 4. I think our chemistry is rock solid as it is, I love it. 5. My fellow rookie Krister Von Casar Tzesar has been a pleasant surprise. 6. Paying back his parents for there dedication and some more modern equipment and training tools to get better. -

Roger Lamothe is just another one of those Canadian boys that grew up playing hockey, but unlike many Canadian hockey players that have come before him he grew up on the West Coast side of the Great White North in the province of British Columbia. To get into specifics his hometown city is located on an island that is the same size as or bigger than different countries around the world. This island is known as Vancouver Island(Van Isle), Van Isle isn't known to get a lot of snow and when it did snow it never lasted long enough, so Roger never got the chance to play on any outdoor rinks when growing up and to play in a lot of tournaments he had to take tons of expensive ferry rides. This made Roger grow up to be always appreciative of his parents who already had given up so much to support his passion of stick and puck. Growing up Roger was given the nickname as "The Moth" or "Mothman" because of his last name being Lamothe and he would constantly get distracted by shiny objects like how a moth is attracted and distracted by lights at night. His friends would also use his first name as a play on words when answering questions he asked that required a yes or no answer by saying things such as "roger dodger" or "roger that". Other than playing hockey, Roger's sport to play was baseball, however he did decide to give up on baseball to primarily focus on hockey. He attended the hockey program at his high school Spectrum Community School, so that took up most of his spare time during the school year and wanted to use the gym to workout at the gym and practice his shooting abilities in the driveway denting the garage door of his parents house. Other then playing and practicing for his high school hockey academy Roger played U15 for the Juan de Fuca Grizzlies of the Juan de Fuca Minor Hockey Association, followed by playing for the Westshore Wolves of the Vancouver Island Junior Hockey League (VIJHL) and lastly the Victoria Grizzlies of the British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL) prior to electing to enter the Victory Hockey League Minors (VHLM) draft. Roger could have finished off his junior hockey career by playing a couple of more seasons for the Grizzlies, but instead he wanted follow dream of playing in the Victory Hockey League (VHL) and he knew that the VHLM is the best path to get there. Roger's playstyle isn't to be the flashiest, the fastest or to score the most goals. He aims to have his skillset not to help himself, but to help the whole team. He will score goals when he gets the chance to, but will pass the puck to his teammates if they have a better opportunity to find the back of the net, he isn't afraid to take the hits and dish them out in return if needed. However, Roger wants to improve his defensive skills to increase the support he can offer to the team. One thing you certainly won't see from Roger is the gloves being tossed and throwing wild haymakers, he ain't much of a fighter. Now onto the last couple of weeks leading up to the night of the VHLM Draft to talk about what Roger was doing and what was going on in his head. See, Roger he knew that coming into his draft he wasn't going to be the first overall pick or even a first round pick to say the least. He knew that there would be a team the would see the potential that he could obtain, but we'll come back to this later. What Roger did though leading up to the draft was spend time with family and friends because he knew wherever he ended up wouldn't be close to home, so he took part in his favorite activities with his friends such as bowling, playing video games such as Mario Kart and NHL 2k of course and eating some delicious food at their favorite restaurants. They had a family dinner with the same amount of food they would have for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners the night prior to the draft. They had the family dinner the night before the draft because on the night of the draft they booked the whole restaurant that is attached to the local bowling alley and hockey rink where Roger played junior hockey at, so all of his friends and family can watch him get drafted on all the TVs that were there and celebrate. Everyone went insane as the name Roger Lamothe was announced in the third round on pick twenty-two by the Philadelphia Reapers, the team that was previously mentioned that sees the potential in him. Roger was surprised by this pick because the Reapers weren't one of the teams he had a pre-draft interview with, but he is glad to have the opportunity to show his stuff. Now the Roger is a Reaper, he replaces the poutine for a cheesesteak and the sorry for the yelling. He is ready to collect the souls of his victims when the puck drops to start the S98 of the VHLM. 876 words.

1. I'm very excited to start my career and see what I can do and achieve. 2. Empty team should be easy competition for us. The more players we have getting better compared to them will make them an easy victim. 3. I think a mix of both would work the GM nominates 3 players that they want to be in the roles of Captain and Alternates. Then the players vote for the Captain while the other 2 will be the Alternates. 4. I hope we dominate and win it all. I just hope for my player to be a contributer and the teammate that is needed. 5. I'm unsure tbh, I'm still so new that I don't know how the other teams are built. 6. I would say switch the lighter colour's for darker ones to add some intimidation and strike fear into our enemies. -
Answer: 1. Potato because there's so much you can do with it. 2. Going to a spa to get a manicure and pedicure. 3. Baseball because it was the other sport they played growing up. Ask: 1. Players favorite flavor of ice cream? 2. What's your player favorite activity in the offseason? 3. What non sport related job would your player do if they didn't play hockey?

Answer 3: 1. Its always about doing the same thing before every game. Making sure that they do the same warm up and that the equipment gets put on in the same order every time. 2. Peanut butter and pickle sandwich. 3. They like to look back and remember that rough games happen and it'll get better in the next one. Ask 3: 1. What's you players biggest superstition? 2. If your player didn't play hockey what sport would they play? 3. Who's your players biggest fan?
