Druss “The Legend” Deathwalker continues to train and take calls from potential suitors as the S77 Entry Draft approaches. The huge power forward had an impressive first season in the VHLM posting 78 points for the rebuilding Mississauga Hounds and placing 2nd in the league with 335 hits. He proved valuable on special teams as well as he was among league leaders in power play goals, shorthanded goals, and shootout goals. He is looking to make the jump straight to the VHL and provide a physical and two-way impact for whichever team drafts him. Currently the 2nd ranked right winger, it is expected that Deathwalker will be selected between 5th and 7th overall but positional bias and his less polished offensive game compared to the forwards ahead of him may play a role in his eventual draft position.

No matter when he is selected, the team that chooses him will get a loyal player, a strong locker room presence and a leader on and off the ice. He has been compared to Phil Marleau and Chad Magnum.
