I have an important question, is it really only me and @Advantage that know of and appreciate plum sauce? Is that not a thing in places or do you all just not like one of the greatest sauces of all time?

No way. I’ve never thought this much about it, and never really connected plum sauce to like, plum the fruit. It’s just the stuff that is delicious on spring rolls that you put on everything else. But I guess if you only think of purple plums, it is kinda weird.

Plum sauce pretty good. Very similar to Sweet and Sour. I get either or depending on where I'm at.
