1) Unfortunately yes, the teams I'm really pulling for are losing and the ones I really don't want to advance are winning. So long as Dallas loses as early as possible, I'd be happy with just about anyone lifting the cup.

 

2) It's the VHLM. I'm admittedly biased/jaded when it comes to the minor leagues, but it doesn't really matter.

 

3) My brother had a friend growing up who really did just go out and try EVERY sport, and that included hockey. At some point, he was over at our place when we decided to break out a few mini sticks and get a game of driveway hockey going. We've been hooked ever since, immediately deciding to go out and buy roller blades and a driveway hockey set so we could skate around and up our level of play. It definitely helped that the Blackhawks (my dad's favorite team) and the Penguins (my brother's favorite animal, and subsequent favorite team) were good around this time, so we had no shortage of good hockey to tune into as stranded fans in Houston, TX.

1. having a strong defense and strong goaltending are most important of course some decent forwards can help but if you don't allow goals in then it's only a matter of time till you score

2. honestly whenever I'm bored and feel like checking up on the league

3. Honestly I wouldn't have a clue this league started before I was even born so I don't have the slightest clue

1. I've been listening to a lot of hiphop mashups and mixes, im a 90's rap-hiphop kind of guy and the creativity in this area is getting pretty cool.
2. Maybe like Scott Stevens, he had a lot of really dirty setup career ender type hits.

3. I've been trying to figure out if i can plant a series of Rose\Peony bushes in the back yard, but it would require a lot of $ to sort of dig out and setup the beds so maybe next year!

Lets do a 6th skater cause if the nets get any bigger its going to be so rough to be a goalie.

1. I'm biased to most teams in Europe, and on that, I like Prague, Berlin, and Madrid irl, so I'd say my favorite is Prague!

2. I don't really like hockey, I like it here for the roleplay !

1. I have played for three teams in the VHL over two players and they've all been great! Hard to choose but spent the most time in Vancouver. 

2. Yes hockey is my main sport, watch and play but also love the sim aspect.

1. Has your favourite NHL team been eliminated/miss entirely? Was it the refs fault? The Rangers missed the playoffs somehow, so there's my life. 

2. Should the NHL season start earlier to make the playoffs not end in June? Nope, I think the schedule is fine. 

3. Do you think there is a way to tweak regression, or is the current theft the best way? I think regression should be due to activity instead of the amount of seasons you've played in the VHL.
