Since you asked Doomsday I will tell you why I haven't made any moves. I made a block in the offseason, had a trade worked out with Toronto loosely sending them Olsen and Toasty so they could compete, they backed out and decided to rebuild instead. I updated the block a few times throughout the season and the only player who received offers was Wolf, which I understand somewhat, my entire team did retire except him and I so I didn't receive any other offers on them. One team told me If I wait until the offseason they will see if they can beat all the offers and clear cap and all that jazz so I decided it was best to wait for the offseason to move him. I have told all GMs that have inquired about him what I want and I'll just take the best offer I can get at the time, there was no rush to trade him for 2 reasons. First, we are still a playoff team and did quite well down the stretch. Second, I think I can do better in the offseason or maybe even next deadline if I choose, although I don't plan on making Metis suffer that long.

Fact is, I have a team of retired players, one active who despite what you think I talk to quite often. I explained when he was drafted what was happening to this team. I was hoping to get some trades done but I didn't get any interest in any players so there were no real trades to be made. Nobody PMed me asking for deals at the deadline, I had my phone.

You think I don't care, I do care, I want to win but do you think trading my next 2 firsts to improve is wise? I didn't have picks last season, my next 2 seconds already traded and my whole team is retired except Wolf and I. That move would have put us in a three season stretch with zero players before we could even start a rebuild.

I know my team looks like it's headed for the crapper and is but it was headed for this rebuild before I took them over. Sorry I was working at the deadline and missed the zero interest in my players.
