I like your font choice, fits in well. Nice render highlight. I like the effects, works well for that overall feel. I would minimize part of the font somewhere to make it less of a "in your face" and more of a cool advertisement that displays a more welcoming feeling. Good jersey change and some simple lens flares on top of the render. Overall I think you make this pretty good and I would use this to promote the league and the team.
