Doomsday 4,048 Posted February 13, 2023 Share Posted February 13, 2023 Moscow's Menace: Lloyd Braun CALGARY - Lloyd Braun is a defenseman who isn't on Calgary's roster for his offensive prowess, but he has certainly carved out a role for himself thus far with the Wranglers. The rookie blueliner has shown that he's got what it takes to play a responsible defensive game at the professional level, blocking 78 shots and logging a +13. He has also scored two goals and assisted on seven others for nine points. However, there is one team for whom Lloyd Braun has been an absolute menace: Moscow. In two games this season, both of Braun's goals and one assist have come against the Moscow Menace. Yes, an entire third of his points have come against one team, and a pretty talented one to boot. His second goal even wound up being the game-winner in a 4-1 victory. What is it about Moscow that makes Lloyd Braun have a sudden surge of offensive production?
