The skin tone looks out of place in the green, and I think it would've been much better black and white. Creativity: 1/1 - Sick stock work. First, the render needs some sharpening - it seems a bit too blurry with what you have now. I think the lighting and render effects are good and you have a good start with the render effects. If you improve the coloring (making the color of the background/stock work/text match render's jersey colors), add a bit more stock work, and remove the box behind the text, this could be a great sig.
