1. Easy lock at this point. Would take a world ending event to miss

2. I don't think it matters too much given how many teams make the playoff anyways

5. I cant tell you who but I can tell you it wont be a whole heck of a lot. Well be winning games 1-0 2-1

1. They're always important, especially ours. We're very lucky

1. I'd say more important than ever, with some lethal scorers coming back from the E.

 

2. I don't see why not, it's probably going to take a few seasons for the league to stabilize after the minor leagues merging.

 

3. We're down 1-3 now, I try to remain hopeful, but considering the fashion we've been losing games, I'm skeptical.

 

4. Goaltending is absolutely crucial, I'd say Michaels.

 

5. I have to admit I have no idea about other matchups than ours, I don't follow them.

 

6. Philly is just scary. They have the top end, they have the depth, they're just stacked.

1. I've already posted it this offseason, but I guess it's my new thing to post a massive media spot with uselessly in-depth analytics of something. I already have a plan for next offseason article.

 

2. Nothing, really. I just hope it won't be too long.

 

3. It's my player's rookie season in the top league, of course I'm excited about that. Even though London is in a rebuild, so I don't expect much team success.

 

4. It might sound weird, but I hope Simon doesn't find the good stuff and doesn't make London elite. We need another top 5 pick or two before turning it around.

1. Honestly, being in this draft class was just really fun! I don't know half of the people who are in this class, but there's a lot of stuff to like about at least getting drafted!

2. Mexico City seems pretty cool irl, I'm sure it would be cool in a roleplay scenario or hell, as a team!

3. As I told everyone who asked: I just want to get drafted! Whether I get drafted top 10 or bottom of the class, it doesn't bother me! Hell, even if I do go undrafted, that's a good story to write about!

1. I think we had a great draft this year and I think it will help the team's depth in the coming years.

2. I'm excited to play for a hallowed program such as Mexico City and I'm confident that I can help progress the team once I'm ready to join. 

3. I was a bit disappointed given that I think my playmaking play style is valuable and I'm an active member. However, above all else, I'm most excited that I was drafted to a great team. 
4. I would have drafted a defenseman given that we don't have many.
5. I think a goalie is a great first choice in the draft and he'll give us steady goaltending for many more years.
6. I'd be the fisher to catch food and other animals so everyone can survive because I'm just a nice guy.

1. Draft was cool. It was interesting to see with such a deep class and so many teams that had varying needs. The parity in the league has gotten so high with the folding of the VHLE.

• In the draft, we definitely targeted quality over quantity to fulfill specific needs for the upcoming season. 1st overall pick: Tina Hughes, 23rd overall pick: Whiteknight. While we weren't picking with our 3rd overall pick, I'm going to include it in this question, as it was the biggest piece in the trade for Peter Venkman. A-F, how would you grade our draft?

• In the free agency, both our free agent defenders - Carl Erhardt and Ronan Amnon - decided to re-sign with us. But we were not able to secure any further assets, even though I was trying to add a center. A-F, how wpuld you grade our free agency?

• Looking at our roster, what do you think is the biggest strength of our team?

• On the other hand, what do you think could be a weakness of our team?
• What are your expectations for the upcoming season, both as a team, and individually as a player?

1. I’d say it as a great draft! A+ we are primed to go on a run this season!

 

2. I’d say B, our defence is stacked but could use a punch up front! Lots of time between now and the trade deadline though.

 

3. I’d say the Defence, although it is a very well balanced team overall! So many positives to look at!

 

4. Like mentioned previously we could use a little bit more depth throughout the lineup to really solidify ourselves as a top contender in the league!

 

5. As a player I definitely want to prove worthy of being drafted first overall! Help my team on and off the ice be the best we can possibly be! As a team , I want the cup 100%
 

6. I honestly don’t know many of the players yet, training camp is underway which helps get to know my teammates. So far even tho he’s a goalie, @STZ is a natural born leader.

4) Early days, the only TPE i've earned so far has been trivia and practice. Practice was very simple, click of a button, Trivia was very fun and helped me learn some how to navigate around, very rewarding.

5) I'm not sure i have an issue earning TPE yet, i'm working on my first article right now for my major capped tpe task, I don't forsee a problem finishing it. I think I will enjoy the process, I plan on doing a deep dive into the field of Center's in VHML based on the stats in the first 2-3 games which are currently available.

6) I think if the team got a pet, it should be a Maine Coone Cat, and it should be named Prince. To go with the royalty theme of Kings.

2. Pepe Silvia has been absolutely outstanding in the net with .95 SV% and 1.25 GAA. How much confidence does having such a strong netminder give to the rest of the team? What does your player do to support Silvia in such an extraordinary season?

 

3. Defense has been a major strength of our team, with Venkman leading the team in assists and points, Erhardt leading the team in hits and goals, Amnon leading the team in blocked shots and Hughes converting shots at impressive rate. What makes this group so effective?

 

4. Offense has been scoring at a solid rate, with multiple players contributing. Do you prefer having a loaded offensive line, or spreading offense throughout the lineup?

1. I think the biggest factor in our success so far is how well the GM constructs the lines and places the pieces to put us in a position to succeed.

 

2. It is a wonderful feeling knowing that you have a Goalie back there that just wont let goals happen, I think Cowgill hopes to win as many faceoffs as he can this season to help keep puck possession so fewer shots are attempted against us.

 

3. Honestly I think the group is so successful because for the most part these players are spending their TPE in a focused manner, the one player who is a little more balanced is Hughes, so far via my mentorship i've received i';ve learned that being focused is the way to go.

 

4. I prefer spreading the offense throughout the lineup in general, at least having 1st and 2nd line being offensively oriented, maybe 3rd line defensive oriented.

 

5. You make sure the goaltender is aware the fault isn't on his shoulders alone, we play as a team, we win as a team, we lose as a team. If defense did a little better job we could possess the puck for longer stretches which would help the goalie out a lot.

 

6. I'd swap with Venkman for sure, he's built really well and that is a large part of what i'm building towards, i just dont have the TPE yet.

1. It does not! We are still dominating most games and it doesn’t matter come playoff time if we are first, second, third. Gotta win once you’re there. 
 

2. Martinez has been integral to our success! We are going to need him to keep it up down the stretch. 
 

3. We move around a lot of the pp, we aren’t stagnant and waiting for a lane to open. We create lanes and openings.

 

4. Our offence does seem to go on dry spells here and there. Definitely something we should try to clean up before playoffs but our defence has been dominate.
