Gaikoku-hito 2,130
It has been a while since I have done random thoughts so why not now!! I don`t know why but the current season isn`t even done yet I am looking forward to the start of next season already. Maybe this is due to the lack of TPE production, the lack luster performance of my player or simple due to the fact if my calculations are correct Christmas happens at the end of next season. I have the playoff ending somewhere between Dec 9 -Dec 15th but I guess the down side is likely a longer than expected break during the off-season so I wouldn`t be surprised to see a break from Dec 22- Jan 5; extending the off season by two weeks. It means more TPE for my player during a period where a ton to TPE is given so it will be nice to have a huge boost to my player again. I don`t know why but the early sims; 4am or early in Japan have me feeling less connected to the league these days. I am also coming off a long hot summer vacation and I feel a bit burnt out in my RL so I am not all that surprised that my interest in taking a bit of a hit at the moment. Not to mention lack luster player performance, team underperforming so give a darn just isn`t the same at the moment. Hopefully sims return to a more normal time in the future as I liked waking up to have a coffee and breakfast with the sims. I guess my overall morale took a hit once I stepped down from the VSN as I was feeling burnt out; not to mention other reasons but I guess I haven`t recovered fully or maybe I have gone too far to the other side as I now know how much I don`t have to do anything to be active member on the site as earning only happens really once a week. Does anyone really recover from laziness? Which is respectable to a rookie and also expected as much as we have a ton of offensive fire power but we keep stealing points off each other so it looks like most of us are average bums compared to having one or two stars on a team. We should be well placed for a long Playoffs and if not we will be ready for one next season etc.... Always tough also to settle back into work after having two months off!! The joys for being a teacher!! LOL!! Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/151274-eating-the-dog-that-ate-the-frog/#findComment-1038103 Share on other sites

Nah, We will all be eating frogs sooner or later or is it the dog that we will be eating? We are simple pulling points off each other and at least Niner is consistent; which I hope pays off come playoffs!! Big changes coming to Vancouver in the next few season as well; which should boost both of these players as the S88 player retire. Hopefully we get them a cup before that happens and yeah, I also mean Wheeler!! LOL!
