We’re looking to add some people to the team. We are also looking for 1-2 people specifically for graphics. Responsibilities (can be delegated/split across users): - Participate in contacting various recruitment avenues for permission to post advertisements (Youtube, Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, other sites). - Assist in brainstorming new recruitment methods. - Participate in social media activities as needed. - Work in a team to provide results - new members. Both roles require a good amount of effort per week. If you're interested, apply here or message me. Pay is 6 TPE per week. Banackock 8,424 Posted March 11 Author Share Posted March 11 If anyone that is good at graphics wants to just come in the discord server and hang out, let me know. @Triller is an unofficial recruitment team member, and you can be the same. Basically they just work on their own schedule. It’s not weekly. It’s when you want and when you can. We need all the help we can get so if we have a bunch of people that can help periodically throughout time, we should have enough to pump stuff out consistently. Could be draft, trade or league announcements.. specific recruitment efforts, neat graphics etc. It’s kind of up to debate and discussion. The more kinds and conversations we’ve had, the more we’ve improved. We actually have a good group and recruitment is flowing nicely. We’d love to add a few more for graphics and general duties (can be slotted to specifically help with certain things like YouTube, TikTok, Reddit etc like some of us are).
