Thoughts:

 

- 15 minutes? Fantastic! 

- Seattle won! I won! I dedicate that win to you and your guest-spot on KnightTime on the SHL

- They are similar leagues - hockey and sports and things.

- Penalty shot attribute will be neat to see. Great Idea about being a specialist. That's sort of the reason behind this - a little more variety and options.

- Test sims are done a lot haha. A very lot - well, by the smart people/ the people with access to the sim.

- Longer season is much better imo. 

- 72 games have been the way since Season 1. Forever. 

- We are cross-pollinating both leagues haha

- Super Cup, yes... that's a newish thing. I think that was the 3rd or 4th Super Cup. 

- World Cup is much fun. Next WC you'll be a shoe-in.

Sounds fine for a podcast to me! I always enjoy it when people do podcasts.

I started my VHL career in Calgary with Boychuk. We were bad for awhile and got pretty good. Hell,
we took out Quebec in the season before I was traded there. I was only traded there because Calgary's hopes and dreams
were crushed by inactivity of our high draft picks. Kind of bad luck there.

I wonder if the PS attribute has been tested? I can only hope that penalty shot does something significant, or else
what's the point of even bringing it in as an attribute? Boychuk had one of the top shooting percentages in shootouts/PS',
and that's without an attribute for it.

As a guy who went from VHL to SHL, 40 games in the SMJHL definitely threw me off, and the 52 in SHL did as well. It was
very unexpected. You may or may not have noticed me over there as Michael Boychuk. Just made the jump to the SHL
this season alongside my D partner Fernando Pergher.

Unfortunate for the World Cup snub. You should be in the Super Cup or World Cup next time.

You're right. The website is dead right now. It seems to be the case during the summer time from what I'm told, which sucks
I guess. You'd think it wouldn't slow down during the summer THAT much. We do have recruiting here, and I'm a little surprised
it hasn't been done more. I saw that SHL got quite a few guys from Reddit. That's cool. I've tried to get people
from Gamespot, because I post there sometimes. People aren't really hockey oriented there though.

Yeah, the LR's definitely depend on your team. Quebec's LR isn't amazing but it is pretty active. It's mostly me, STZ and the GM
Brovy though.

I think the VHL has huge potential, especially with the layout of the website. It looks very professional and IMO its not as
cluttered looking as the SHL. Not to talk ill about the SHL, but it took me awhile to figure out everything at first.
