With the off-season upon us, the Riga Reign are looking for something different. With it already announced that there will be a new GM for the team, there's a little bit of excitement in the capital of Latvia. The team has been in limbo ever since they sold off all of their assets after they tried for the cup for 5 straight seasons, succeeding once and losing in game 7 of the finals the other time. But now they are getting to that point in the rebuild where they either make it or break it and stay as an average team for the whole time.

We know one trade that has to be completed to get the new GM here, but he's already promised that more is going to happen which had caused excitement. With Helsinki guaranteed to get a lot better this off-season, Riga is going to have to make some big moves to get on the roll.
