Not saying you should overuse topaz or something, but I would have added a color dodge layer to bring the light colors on his face a bit up, too add some epicness. Plus, I sharp layer would be needed in that case imo. I think, again, you could add more to it, mostly some lighting, because it's a middle ground between a clean sig and a semi grunge sig (considering the font) It's a great mix, but I would have went with more small details.
