2. Which Hall of Fame player was drafted by Calgary in S14 VHL Entry Draft? (Credit to Ahma)
ANSWER: @Zero again! J.D. Stormwall went 5th overall in a much-hyped draft, almost busted, before becoming captain and leading the Wranglers to back-to-back championships.

 

3. How many goaltenders have been drafted 1st overall? (Credit to JardyB10)
ANSWER: Nine. Robert Sharpe (S1), Steve LaFramboise (S8), Demetrjusz Dudek (S16), Daisuke Kanou (S18), Andreas Bjorkman (S21), Mathieu VanCoughnett (S24), Satan (S27), Lennox Moher (S35), Niklaus Mikaelson (S41)

 

4. What VHL franchises has Kendrick GM'd, and for how many seasons overall? (Credit to DollarAndADream)
ANSWER: Founded Seattle (then the Everblades) who he GMed for just over a season. In S17 bailed out a Helsinki franchise with a bleak future and rebuilt them into S22 champions and stepped down, before founding another franchise in Cologne before stepping down after S36. As his Seattle reign is listed as S1-S2, that's 2+6+6=14 seasons with 3 franchises.

Part B: Which VHL franchise has won the highest proportion of the Continental Cup finals it has appeared in?

 

ANSWER: Loved this one. Seems very few people are aware of this useful thread: http://www.vhlforum.com/index.php?/topic/1066-vhl-playoff-history-updated-for-s46/
But one way or another, most replies were Seattle, slightly surprising as they just edged out Davos, who have more cups, by winning 6 of their 9 finals.
