I like the composition of the sig, grunge is really hard to pull off considering how popular the clean look is among sig makers the past couple years but you got it going. Things like lighting and blending really bring this together. Only (very slight) critique is to tone down the blur in the bottom left corner a bit. Text really takes over the piece but it's good text so I'm fine with that; though it does make the render appear rather small. Minor complaint with the lighting is the colour it's creating.
