I can see the idea you were trying to go for here but unfortunately it came out very messy. The colours don't work great, the stocks feel a little random, the render is over-sharp. The text is okay style wise but a little bit hard to read so it could be better. Overall that last sentiment seems to fit everything. It's okay but it could be better. Blending stuff and fixing the lighting would have greatly improved this.

I sort of don't mind the effects too much because at least they fit the style and coloring of the sig as a whole. I don't like the text much at all, because it doesn't really fit with everything else. The coloring is the thing I think works here - not that they are necessarily great, but that they all feel cohesive.
