The light flares are a little too strong, particularly the one over the panthers logo. The render feels a little LQ. If you're going to blur the bottom portion of the render, it makes sense to blur the BG as well. The compositions pretty good, and the text is alright, though you could add some additional effects to spice it up a bit.
