A candid interview with GM of the Quebec City Meute.

Q: Do you regret taking Edwin Threencarnacion in the S52 VHL Draft?

A: Never will, Edwin is a character guy in our locker room. Even though he may never hit franchise goalie status he is still a very good goalie who we hope will play for our team for a long time. He has kept the troops entertained as we go through Quebec's first ever real rebuild since our last cup victory almost 20 seasons ago. Edwin will be a big part of this teams future even if he tops out at 400-500 tpe he'll be a stellar goalie who might be able to split seasons with another goalie at some point down the line. That will be up to @YEAH!stlemania of course.

Q: Speaking of the rebuild going on in Quebec are you confident that you can make this team a contender again?

A: I really like our selections in Season 52 with Edwin and Fabio @jRuutu both are stand up people and talented players. We also have Pierre Gaudette coming up next season and we expect will be selecting two very good players in the upcoming Season 53 draft. We hope our fans can be patient while we go through this process and realize there is a light at the end of the tunnel. We haven't rebuilt since the team was founded in Season 31 by Pavel Koradek @Koradek. Both myself and @brovy tried our best to speed up our rebuilds which got our team regular season success but we never saw the playoff success we hoped for. Chevy Clinton was a fine GM but just didn't have any luck in the playoffs and unfortunately lost a good chunk of our core to free agency. The plan this time is to be patient and not take any short cuts and we'll see where that leads us.
