Was wondering if you could sim a Top Prospects game. @punkhippie and I did a draft to determine rosters and we completed it last night. It goes towards next season and the VHLM TPE Cap relies on the total TPE regardless of what you have banked. If someone does spend their banked past 175 TPE though, they do have to enter the VHL.
