Since the Dawn of time Komarovs name has been about punishing hits, dropping the glove, and rock solid defense. Sergei is all of these, but more he is a star player. Currently leading the rookie scoring race, and amoung the top 10 in faceoffs. He sits 2nd in center scoring, and 5th league wise. He is expected to be a big part of New Yorks future, seems that future is bright.

Despite being in a much deeper conference, they are in the chase for the playoffs. Its not expected to have happened, the lockerroom is more focused on the future. Hard work, and strong plays leave New York excited for the future. Casey Jones is not far behind him, and Irk Arkander seems to have found a high end level in his rookie season. Colton Rayne, is going to be called up next season, but depth is an issue. 3 picks next year, but will if the deal makes sense New York trade one? Time till tell.
